At UVU, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. We want to ensure you have the right equipment to reach your peak potential without any compromise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the gear is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
